Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address, display name, and authentication credentials (or OAuth tokens if you sign in via a third-party provider such as Google or GitHub).

Usage Data: We automatically collect information about how you interact with our services, including pages visited, features used, generation requests, timestamps, and device/browser information.

Generated Content: When you use Buildra to generate websites, we process the URLs, search terms, and prompts you provide. Generated code is stored in association with your project.

Payment Information: If you subscribe to a paid plan or purchase credits, payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number — Stripe handles this securely. We receive and store your subscription status, transaction IDs, and billing history.

To provide, maintain, and improve our services, including generating websites, managing your projects, and processing deployments.

To process transactions and manage your subscription and credit balance.

To send you service-related communications, such as account verification, billing confirmations, and important updates about your account or our services.

To monitor and analyze usage trends to improve the user experience and develop new features.

To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or technical issues.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with the following categories of third parties:

AI Providers: When you generate a website, your prompts and scraped content are sent to the AI provider you select (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or Groq) for processing. Each provider has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data.

Infrastructure Providers: We use Vercel for hosting and deployment, Supabase for authentication and database services, and Firecrawl for web scraping. These providers process data on our behalf under data processing agreements.

Payment Processor: Stripe processes all payment transactions. Your payment data is subject to Stripe's privacy policy.

Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or legal process, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Project data (generated code, chat history) is retained until you delete it or delete your account. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.

Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data.

Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data. You can delete your account at any time from your profile settings.

Portability: Request a machine-readable copy of your data.

Objection: Object to processing of your data for certain purposes.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Analytics cookies may be used to understand how our service is used and to improve it.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), secure authentication via Supabase Auth, and access controls on our infrastructure. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Buildra is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we learn that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

Your data may be processed in countries other than your country of residence. Our infrastructure providers operate data centers globally. By using our services, you consent to the transfer of your data to these locations, subject to appropriate safeguards.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on our website or sending you an email. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
